30-Day Return Window

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:


  • In the same condition that you received it (unused, unwashed, undamaged);
  • With original tags and packaging;
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.



Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, odors, stains, or missing parts will not be accepted.

 

 

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


 

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain items cannot be returned, including:


  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants);
  • Custom or personalized products;
  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products);
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
  • Gift cards and sale/clearance items.

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.



European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

 


Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Please note:


  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at techfyhelp@gmail.com.
